I come to you. In-home visits for Hypnobirthing, baby sleep support and postpartum doula care are available right across the Central Coast NSW, including Gosford, Erina, Terrigal, Kincumber, Wyong, Avoca and the surrounding suburbs. If you're a little outside these areas, just ask, I'll always try to make it work.

Online via Zoom, worldwide

Hypnobirthing classes and 1:1 baby sleep consultations also run online via Zoom, so distance is never a barrier to calm, evidence-based support. Postpartum doula care is in-home only, across the Central Coast.
